Inverted Pendulum Robot
This project was originally for my IB Physics Internal Assessment, but due to lack of time, I decided to go with a simple computer simulation. I, under the guidance of my brother, began building an inverted pendulum balancing robot. If you don't know what that is, it's similar to the robot in the video below, except with only one pendulum instead of two.
This project is nothing new; it's done by several electrical engineering/ robotics students looking to advance their knowledge in control mechanics. Below are the pictures of what I've built from scratch. The laser cut frame is completely mine, but the parts are ordered from various places online.
